India Motor Parts & Accessories Limited reported total income of ₹837.11 crore for FY2026, up 6.1% from ₹788.81 crore in FY2025. Net profit after tax grew 15.4% to ₹96.55 crore from ₹83.67 crore year-on-year. Q4 FY26 net profit stood at ₹33.46 crore versus ₹23.93 crore in Q4 FY25. The company recommended a final dividend of Rs. 23 per share, bringing total FY2026 dividend to Rs. 33 per share (including Rs. 10 interim dividend already paid). However, Total Comprehensive Income dropped significantly to ₹99.63 crore for FY26 from ₹210.75 crore, largely due to negative Other Comprehensive Income in Q4 (₹-289.43 crore), indicating mark-to-market losses or other non-operating adjustments. Earnings per share improved to ₹77.36 for FY26 from ₹67.05.
Despite strong operational performance with revenue and PAT growth, the large negative Other Comprehensive Income in Q4 may cause concern for investors focused on total comprehensive returns. The increased dividend of Rs. 33 per share signals management confidence and provides direct shareholder returns.
