India Motor Parts and Accessories Limited (IMPAL) has published its audited standalone financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31 March 2025, originally approved by the Board on 16 May 2025. For Q4 FY25, total income from operations stood at Rs. 188.85 crore (vs Rs. 178.56 crore in Q4 FY24) and net profit after tax was Rs. 23.93 crore (vs Rs. 19.82 crore, up ~21%). For the full year FY25, total income was Rs. 738.81 crore (vs Rs. 741.16 crore in FY24) and net profit after tax rose to Rs. 83.67 crore from Rs. 73.92 crore, a ~13% YoY increase. EPS for FY25 came in at Rs. 67.05 (vs Rs. 59.23). The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 20 per share, taking the total FY25 dividend to Rs. 30 per share (including Rs. 10 interim already paid).
A solid ~13% growth in annual net profit and a healthy total dividend of Rs. 30/share (yielding well over 2% on the stock) are positives for shareholders, though flat top-line revenue suggests margin-led improvement rather than volume growth.
