Ind-Swift Laboratories reported standalone revenue of Rs. 6,357 Lakhs for FY26, up 13% from Rs. 5,622 Lakhs in FY25. However, standalone PAT dropped sharply to Rs. 256 Lakhs from Rs. 2,561 Lakhs in the prior year. This dramatic decline was primarily due to exceptional gains of Rs. 2,232 Lakhs in FY25 that did not repeat in FY26. Excluding exceptional items, operating profit before tax grew significantly from Rs. 194 Lakhs to Rs. 612 Lakhs. Consolidated PAT declined from Rs. 2,505 Lakhs to just Rs. 15 Lakhs. The company issued 1.81 crore equity shares during the year through warrant conversions and ESOP exercises. Auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. The company also reappointed Cost Auditors for FY27.
The stock may experience volatility due to the large year-over-year PAT decline, though underlying operations showed improvement. Share dilution from warrant conversions may also weigh on per-share metrics. The clean audit opinion is a positive signal for governance.
