Ind-Swift Laboratories reported standalone revenue of Rs 6,356.89 lakh for FY26, up 13% from Rs 5,621.73 lakh in FY25. However, net profit collapsed drastically to Rs 255.68 lakh from Rs 2,560.85 lakh - a 90% decline. The sharp PAT fall is partly due to prior year exceptional income of Rs 2,232 lakh (from asset sale) versus exceptional expense of Rs 110 lakh this year. Finance costs dropped significantly to Rs 19.36 lakh from Rs 291.84 lakh, while depreciation rose to Rs 3,056.69 lakh. Total equity grew to Rs 13,706.97 lakh from Rs 11,640.78 lakh after equity warrant conversions increased share capital to Rs 868.36 lakh. On consolidated basis, revenue grew 11.7% to Rs 6,412.93 lakh but PAT dropped to just Rs 15.30 lakh from Rs 2,504.77 lakh.
The company shows revenue growth but faces severe profitability erosion, with PAT declining over 90% on both standalone and consolidated bases. High debt relative to equity and negative operating cash flow of Rs 1,821.95 lakh are concerning. Auditors issued unmodified opinions with emphasis of matter on share warrant conversions and ongoing land sale (Unit-IV Baddi).
