Indian Terrain Fashions reported FY2026 revenue of Rs. 377.67 crore, up 10.9% from Rs. 340.60 crore in FY2025. However, the company continued to incur losses with net loss of Rs. 4.91 crore for FY2026 compared to a much larger loss of Rs. 42.66 crore in FY2025. Q4 FY26 revenue grew 19% to Rs. 106.53 crore from Rs. 89.53 crore in Q4 FY25. Cash and cash equivalents dropped sharply from Rs. 12.85 crore to just Rs. 0.05 crore. The company also provided Rs. 3.95 crore towards delayed MSME payments and recognized Rs. 0.58 crore exceptional item for new labour code provisions. Current borrowings stand at Rs. 83.60 crore. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
Despite revenue growth, the company remains loss-making which may concern investors. The sharp decline in cash reserves and high current borrowings indicate liquidity stress. The company has shown significant improvement from the previous year's large loss but needs to achieve profitability to reassure shareholders.
