Indian Terrain Fashions Limited reported audited standalone financial results for FY ended 31st March 2026. Revenue from operations grew 10.9% to Rs. 377.67 crore from Rs. 340.60 crore in the previous year. The company significantly reduced its net loss to Rs. 4.91 crore compared to Rs. 42.66 crore loss in FY25. Q4 revenue stood at Rs. 106.53 crore, up 19% year-on-year. Operating cash flow remained positive at Rs. 19.43 crore. The company recognized Rs. 3.95 crore interest provision on delayed MSME payments and Rs. 7.62 crore deferred tax expense due to Section 43B(h) disallowances. Statutory auditors SRSV & Associates issued an unmodified opinion, and internal auditors RVKS & Associates were reappointed for FY26-27.
The company is moving towards profitability with significantly reduced losses, though it remains in net loss position. The positive operating cash flow and clean audit opinion are encouraging signs for shareholders, but the stock may remain under pressure until consistent profitability is achieved.
