Appointment of Secretarial Auditors and Cost Auditors

Indag Rubber Limited has informed the stock exchange that its Board of Directors approved two auditor appointments on April 21, 2025. M/s RMG & Associates, a peer-reviewed firm of Practising Company Secretaries, has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval. M/s Shome & Banerjee, Cost Accountants, has been appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26, with remuneration also subject to shareholder approval. Both appointments were made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. This is a routine corporate governance disclosure required under SEBI listing regulations.
