Indag Rubber has corrected the record date for its final dividend for FY 2024-25. In an earlier letter dated May 22, 2025, the record date was mistakenly typed as August 05, 2024, and the company is now clarifying that the correct record date is August 05, 2025. The final dividend stands at Rs. 1.50 per equity share on a face value of Rs. 2 each, subject to shareholder approval at the 46th AGM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from August 06, 2025 to August 12, 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or before September 10, 2025.
