India Cements Capital reported weak Q3 FY26 results, with standalone net loss of Rs 14.61 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 11.46 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Standalone revenue from operations slipped to Rs 104.55 lakhs from Rs 108.15 lakhs YoY, and 9M revenue declined to Rs 331.04 lakhs from Rs 359.87 lakhs. The company booked a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 23.79 lakhs (standalone) / Rs 26.49 lakhs (consolidated) on account of the new Labour Codes notified in November 2025, which revised employee benefit obligations. The auditor flagged a Rs 80 lakh cyber fraud incident as an Emphasis of Matter — Rs 24.65 lakhs has been recovered, Rs 4.94 lakhs more is expected, but no provision has been made for the remaining unrecovered amount. On a consolidated basis, the company swung to a Q3 loss of Rs 18.66 lakhs from a profit of Rs 1.90 lakhs a year ago, and a 9M loss of Rs 6.71 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 50.57 lakhs.
Shareholders may view the results negatively given the swing to losses, declining revenue trajectory, and the unresolved cyber fraud exposure. The Labour Codes charge is non-recurring, but shrinking top-line and weak consolidated profitability warrant cautious monitoring. The cyber fraud recovery remains pending and is a key risk to watch.
