India Finsec Ltd has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY26 (ended 31 March 2026) in compliance with SEBI LODR regulations. On a standalone basis, total revenue declined significantly to Rs 41.05 lakh from Rs 77.87 lakh in FY25, though net profit improved to Rs 3.76 lakh from just Rs 0.11 lakh. However, on a consolidated basis, the company showed strong growth with total revenue rising to Rs 8,607.71 lakh from Rs 7,192.32 lakh (up 20% YoY) and net profit after tax of Rs 2,166.58 lakh versus Rs 1,812.86 lakh in the prior year. The standalone EPS was Rs 0.07 for FY26 while consolidated EPS stood at Rs 7.42. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board on 14 May 2026, with statutory auditor certification under Regulation 33.
The wide gap between standalone and consolidated performance indicates the parent company's core operations are minimal while subsidiary earnings drive overall value. The sharp standalone revenue decline may raise concerns about the holding company's standalone business viability, though improved net profit and strong consolidated performance provide some comfort to investors.
