India Finsec Ltd has published its unaudited Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26 financial results in newspapers, as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations. On a standalone basis, the parent company reported negligible total income of Rs 0.88 lakh in Q3 FY26 versus Rs 8.53 lakh in Q3 FY25, with a net loss of Rs 6.10 lakh (vs Rs 6.26 lakh loss YoY) and a 9M loss of Rs 18.64 lakh. On a consolidated basis, however, the company performed well: Q3 total income rose to Rs 2,159.52 lakhs (vs Rs 1,852.97 lakhs YoY), with net profit after tax of Rs 505.30 lakhs (vs Rs 460.81 lakhs YoY) and 9M net profit of Rs 1,504.92 lakhs. Consolidated EPS for 9M stood at Rs 5.46. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on January 21, 2026.
The standalone business remains negligible and loss-making, but consolidated numbers show healthy YoY profit growth, indicating that most of the company's value is driven by its subsidiaries — positive for shareholders who focus on consolidated performance, though the weak standalone numbers may raise questions about the parent's standalone earnings power.
