India Glycols has informed that its 42nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 19th August 2026 at 11:00 AM IST, to be held through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be sent by email to shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the company, RTA, or depository participants, and will also be available on the company website. Shareholders without registered emails will receive a web link to access the annual report.
