India Pesticides Limited reported strong FY2026 results with total revenue crossing Rs. 1,000 crore for the first time, reaching Rs. 1,078 crore (27.9% YoY growth). EBITDA increased 44.7% to Rs. 194 crore with margins improving from 15.9% to 18.0%, while PAT grew 45.8% to Rs. 120 crore. Q4 FY2026 showed similar momentum with revenue of Rs. 271 crore and PAT of Rs. 31 crore. The company operates three manufacturing facilities with total technical capacity of 28,300 MTPA and formulations capacity of 10,200 MTPA. The Hamirpur expansion is progressing with 2 of 10 blocks operational and 2 more expected in FY2027, targeting 30,000 MTPA technical capacity. The company maintains a conservative balance sheet with debt/equity of just 0.1x and exports contributing 38% of revenue to 35+ countries.
The strong margin expansion and first-time Rs. 1,000 crore revenue milestone demonstrate successful execution of operational efficiency initiatives and backward integration strategies. With low leverage and capacity expansion underway, the company appears well-positioned for sustained growth, though the concentrated customer base (top 10 customers at 40% revenue) warrants monitoring.
