India Pesticides Limited's Board approved the audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31st March 2026 with an unmodified audit opinion. Standalone revenue from operations grew to Rs.1,057.11 crore with profit after tax of Rs.122.29 crore, compared to Rs.844.20 crore revenue and Rs.84.36 crore PAT in FY25. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs.0.75 per share (75% on Rs.1 face value) for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on 31st August 2026. Record date for dividend eligibility is 24th August 2026. The company also re-appointed its internal auditor (Seth & Associates) and cost auditor (Honey Singh & Associates) for FY2026-27. The Income Tax Department conducted a search in December 2024 and issued a notice for undisclosed income assessment for block period April 2018 to February 2025, with proceedings currently pending.
Strong financial performance with ~45% increase in standalone PAT signals healthy business growth. The dividend recommendation provides direct shareholder returns. The pending tax assessment creates some uncertainty but management expects no material impact.
