India Pesticides Limited reported strong FY2026 results, crossing the Rs. 1,000 crore revenue milestone for the first time with total income of Rs. 1,078 crore, up 27.9% YoY. The company achieved ~29% volume growth driven by strong domestic demand and improved capacity utilization. EBITDA grew 44.7% to Rs. 194 crore with margins expanding to 18.0%, while net profit rose 45.8% to Rs. 120 crore with PAT margin of 11.1%. Q4 revenue grew 28.5% YoY driven by higher demand for herbicides and intermediates, with Technical & API segments contributing 71% of total revenue. Management attributed performance to process optimization, backward integration, and multiple product registrations in Indian and international markets.
The results demonstrate strong execution with margin expansion and profit growth outpacing revenue growth, suggesting improving operational efficiency. Crossing the Rs. 1,000 crore revenue milestone is a significant milestone for the company. The strong volume growth and margin improvement are positive signals for shareholders, though the agrochemical sector continues to face pricing pressures and dynamic demand patterns.
