India's 28 big listed realty firms clock Rs 1.95 lakh cr pre-sales in FY26; Godrej Properties at top

Combined pre-sales of 28 major listed Indian realty firms rose 17 percent to nearly Rs 1.95 lakh crore in FY26 from over Rs 1.66 lakh crore in FY25. Godrej Properties led with Rs 34,171 crore in bookings, followed by Prestige Estates at Rs 30,024 crore, Lodha Developers at Rs 20,530 crore, DLF at Rs 20,143 crore and Signature Global at Rs 8,250 crore. The top five firms contributed around 60 percent of total pre-sales, with only six of the 28 players witnessing a decline.
