According to Redseer's India IPO Report 2026, listed new-age companies in India could reach about USD 1 trillion in market value by 2030, up from roughly USD 150 billion currently or 4.6 per cent of total market cap. India has around 210 new-age companies identified as IPO-ready over the next 24 months from a pool of 1,400 firms, with the country's IPO market growing nearly eightfold in proceeds over the past decade and now ranking third globally. Rising domestic institutional participation through mutual funds, insurers and pension funds, supported by sustained SIP inflows, has reduced reliance on foreign capital, while profitable companies at the time of listing rose from 50 per cent to 70 per cent.
