ITDC has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements that were published on May 31, 2025 in Hindustan Times (Mumbai & Delhi), Mint (Delhi), and Hindustan (Delhi), containing its audited financial results for Q4 and the full year ended March 31, 2025. For the full year FY25, standalone total income from operations rose to ₹56,520.01 lakh from ₹50,344.93 lakh in FY24, while net profit after tax jumped about 25% to ₹8,294.25 lakh from ₹6,616.61 lakh. Standalone EPS stood at ₹9.67 vs ₹7.71 the previous year. On the consolidated side, FY25 net profit after tax rose to ₹8,082.79 lakh from ₹6,404.13 lakh with EPS of ₹9.42 vs ₹7.47. The Board has also recommended a dividend of ₹2.90 per share, subject to shareholder approval.
This is a procedural newspaper publication of already-filed results, so there is no new price catalyst — but the underlying numbers show healthy revenue growth (~12%) and a strong ~25% rise in full-year net profit along with a dividend recommendation, which is mildly positive for shareholders and confirms improving operational performance.
