ITDC has appointed Dr. Manan Kaushal as a Non-Executive Independent Director on its board, effective April 16, 2025, for a period of one year or until further orders. The appointment was approved by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet on the recommendation of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. Dr. Kaushal holds an M.Phil and Ph.D in Economics and currently serves as Professor and Head of the Economics Department at J.S. Hindu P.G. College, Amroha, UP, with around 14 years of academic experience. He holds no equity shares in the company and is not related to any other director or KMP. With this addition, ITDC's board now has four members, including the Whole Time Director & CFO, a Government Nominee Director, a Director (Commercial & Marketing), and the new Independent Director.
