Indiabulls share price hits 5% upper circuit following stock market rebound

Indiabulls shares hit the 5% upper circuit, closing 4.96% higher at about ₹29.61 on the BSE amid a broader market rebound with the Sensex up 238 points and Nifty 50 up 81 points. For Q4 FY26, the company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹194.26 crore versus a net loss of ₹164.17 crore a year earlier, with total income more than doubling to ₹418.39 crore. For full FY26, net profit stood at ₹346.13 crore versus a loss of ₹272.73 crore in FY25, while sales bookings reached ₹2,752 crore across 909 residential units.
