Appointment of Dr Deepak Kumar Mohanty as Independent Director at IMFA, effective June 30, 2026

Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited has appointed Dr Deepak Kumar Mohanty as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years effective June 30, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment received security clearance from the DGCA, Government of India. Dr Mohanty is an economist, former Chairperson of PFRDA from March 2023 to May 2025, former Executive Director at RBI overseeing banking regulation, monetary policy and financial stability, and has also served as a senior Adviser at the IMF.
