Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) has published its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31st March 2025 in The Economic Times and Pragativadi on 22nd May 2025, as required under SEBI listing rules. Standalone total income for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹584.31 crore, down from ₹711.70 crore in Q4 FY24, while full-year FY25 total income was nearly flat at ₹2,631.31 crore versus ₹2,631.05 crore in FY24. Net profit after tax for Q4 FY25 fell to ₹39.35 crore (from ₹55.91 crore in Q4 FY24), but full-year FY25 PAT improved marginally to ₹378.09 crore from ₹364.36 crore. Full-year EPS was ₹70.08 (standalone) and ₹70.19 (consolidated), broadly in line with the previous year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹5 per share (on a face value of ₹10) for FY24-25, approved at its 21st May 2025 meeting.
Mixed signals for shareholders — full-year earnings held up well, but Q4 performance showed a notable year-on-year decline in both revenue and profit. The ₹5 per share final dividend is a positive return for investors, though subject to shareholder approval.
