Indian Oil Corporation reported its Q4 and FY 2025-26 results with record operational performance across all segments. Crude throughput reached a highest-ever 75.5 MMT, pipeline throughput hit 105.6 MMT, and total sales volume stood at 105.1 MMT. Standalone profit after tax for FY 2025-26 was Rs 36,802 crore, with EBITDA of Rs 48,784 crore. The company achieved a refinery capacity utilization of 107.4% for the full year. Key expansion projects including Panipat, Gujarat, and Barauni refinery expansions are on track for completion by end of 2026. Total capex incurred during FY 25-26 was Rs 32,405 crore, with a capex target of Rs 32,700 crore set for FY 2026-27. Debt level stands at Rs 1,10,668 crore.
