IRCTC has informed the stock exchanges about a change in its North Zone senior management. Sh. Naveen Dixit, an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer from the 2008 batch with over 17 years of experience in Indian Railways, has joined IRCTC's Corporate Office as the new Group General Manager (GGM)/North Zone on deputation. The previous GGM/North Zone, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, has been reposted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD)/Catering Services at the Corporate Office. The changes are effective from 24th June 2025, pursuant to an HRD Officer Order.
This is a routine internal transfer/reposting of a senior manager (one level below the board) and is unlikely to have any material impact on the company's operations or stock price. Shareholders should note no board-level or KMP change has occurred.
