Indian Toners & Developers held its 35th AGM on 25 August 2025 at Rampur, attended by 34 members in person. All four resolutions were passed, including adoption of FY25 audited financial statements, confirmation of a Rs. 4.50 per share dividend (45%) as final dividend for FY25, re-appointment of Chairman Sushil Jain as director, and appointment of Mukesh Agarwal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30). The Chairman highlighted that the government extended anti-dumping duty on imported black toner from China, Taiwan and Malaysia for another five years, which protects the company from cheaper imports. The company also bought additional land (167.60 sq. mtrs) for Rs. 5.03 crores at Unit I and installed a 1000 KWP solar plant for Rs. 3.23 crores, commissioned before March 2025, to cut electricity costs. Management mentioned exploring new projects as part of a diversification plan.
Positive for shareholders — a strong 45% dividend is confirmed, the extended anti-dumping duty and new solar plant should improve margins going forward, and the company's clean audit reports signal stable governance. The diversification plans, if executed, could add a new growth runway.
