Indian Toners & Developers Ltd has informed BSE that its CFO, Sh. Surya Pratap Singh, has withdrawn his resignation letter dated 7 January 2026 and will continue as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company without any break in service. The company had previously disclosed his resignation to BSE on 7 January and 2 February 2026, with the resignation originally set to take effect from close of business on 7 February 2026. Following discussions with the Whole Time Director and senior management, Mr. Singh decided to withdraw his resignation, formalised via his letter dated 7 February 2026. The disclosure is made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, with required details enclosed in Annexure I.
