Indian Toners & Developers Ltd has submitted to BSE the newspaper clippings (Financial Express and Jansatta, English and Hindi) publishing the extract of its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR). For Q2 FY26, income from operations rose to Rs. 3,885.49 lakh (from Rs. 3,767.90 lakh YoY), while net profit after tax was Rs. 538.45 lakh versus Rs. 550.59 lakh in Q2 FY25. For H1 FY26, revenue grew to Rs. 7,795.75 lakh and net profit surged about 42% to Rs. 1,322.51 lakh compared to Rs. 931.72 lakh in H1 FY25, with EPS of Rs. 12.73 (vs Rs. 8.59). At its November 10, 2025 board meeting, the company also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 6.00 per equity share (face value Rs. 10), implying a strong 60% payout.
The 60% interim dividend is a clear positive for shareholders, signalling healthy cash generation and shareholder-friendly capital allocation. The strong H1 profit growth (~42% YoY) supports the underlying business story, even as Q2 profit was broadly flat, which may temper near-term excitement but reinforce the dividend appeal.
