The Board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with standalone revenue rising to Rs. 22,580.82 lakhs from Rs. 19,173.62 lakhs (up ~17.8%) and standalone net profit jumping to Rs. 367.79 lakhs from Rs. 259.01 lakhs (up ~42%). Consolidated net profit stood at Rs. 520.15 lakhs versus Rs. 365.82 lakhs, aided by a Rs. 161.36 lakh share of profit from the Singapore joint venture. Statutory auditor S K Agrawal & Co gave an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The Board recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.15 per share (7.5% on face value of Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board cleared setting up a 1 MW solar power plant at Izzatnagar, Bareilly at a cost of Rs. 2.66 crores, expected to save around Rs. 60 lakhs annually, and approved the reappointment of the Secretarial Auditor for 5 years and appointment of a new Internal Auditor.
Strong profit growth of over 40% year-on-year along with a small dividend is a positive signal for shareholders. The solar power investment is modest and should reduce long-term power costs without materially affecting cash flows. No negative audit flags, but revenue growth of ~18% falls just short of standout territory.
