IndiaNivesh's board approved its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results along with a Limited Review Report from statutory auditor C A S & Co. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 32.55 lakhs from Rs 194.06 lakhs in Q1 FY25, though the company reported a small net profit of Rs 17.49 lakhs versus Rs 182.25 lakhs a year ago. On a consolidated basis, the company swung to a net loss of Rs 95.07 lakhs from a profit of Rs 200.98 lakhs in Q1 FY25, with total income dropping to Rs 64.53 lakhs from Rs 240.10 lakhs. The auditor issued a qualified opinion, flagging that interest has not been provided on three loans totalling about Rs 132.35 crores and that subsidiary INSSPL has not carried out impairment testing of Rs 20.36 crores of goodwill. The company also disclosed that both standalone and consolidated net worth are fully eroded, and management stated it will induct funds as required to support operations.
Negative for shareholders – the company's net worth is deeply negative (standalone Rs (5,200) lakhs, consolidated Rs (4,143) lakhs), the auditor has qualified its opinion on multiple loan-related issues, and the company is essentially dependent on promoter fund infusion to keep running. If all auditor qualifications are adjusted, standalone profit of Rs 17.49 lakhs would turn into a loss of Rs 236.51 lakhs, signalling underlying weakness that could weigh on the stock and raise going-concern red flags for investors.
