Indigo Paints submitted the transcript of its Q3 FY26 earnings call held on February 16, 2026. Standalone revenue grew 3.5% year-on-year to INR338.9 crores, with EBITDA margin expanding sharply from 17.5% to 19.4% and absolute EBITDA up 14.5% to INR65.6 crores. Profit after tax, excluding a one-time INR5.85 crore gratuity provision linked to the draft labour code, was INR40.5 crores at an 11.8% margin, up from 11.0% a year ago. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue rose 4.7% to INR358.8 crores while PAT grew 16.4% to INR41.7 crores, helped by subsidiary Apple Chemie's 31.5% revenue jump. Management highlighted three straight months of double-digit growth (November-January), strong performance in enamels and waterproofing, and plans to deploy its industry-leading 47.1% gross margin to fuel higher sales.
Margin expansion and improving volume growth signal a recovery, but the modest 3.5% headline revenue rise, one-time gratuity hit, and upcoming depreciation from the new Jodhpur water-based plant (due June 2026) cap near-term excitement. The stock may find support from the margin-improvement narrative, though investors will watch for sustained double-digit growth and clarity on long-term targets before re-rating.
