Indigo Paints reported FY2026 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,405 crore, up 4.8% YoY from Rs 1,340.7 crore. Net profit grew 3.8% to Rs 147.6 crore vs Rs 142.2 crore in FY2025, with EPS at Rs 30.44 (vs Rs 29.76). The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 5 per share (50% on Rs 10 face value), subject to shareholder approval at AGM. Statutory auditors Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both consolidated and standalone results. An exceptional charge of Rs 613.3 lakh was recorded due to the New Labour Codes (non-recurring, regulatory-driven). New appointments include DKV & Associates as Internal Auditor, Harshad S Deshpande & Associates as Cost Auditor, and two senior management hires (Chief Business Officer and GM Finance).
Clean audit outcome and steady profit growth signal financial stability. The non-recurring labour code charge slightly impacts bottom line but is not a structural concern. Dividend declaration and unchanged auditor relationship are shareholder-positive.
