IndiGrid AGM: All 5 resolutions pass including 2000 Cr capital raise

IndiGrid held its 9th Annual Meeting on July 22, 2026 via video conferencing. All 5 resolutions passed with 98.5% to 99.99% in favor. Items approved: audited FY26 financial statements, Deloitte Haskins and Sells as auditors, valuation report, S. Sundararaman as valuer for FY27, and enabling approval to raise up to INR 2,000 Crores. Of 70,121 unitholders, 234 voted and 20 attended via VC.
