IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has filed its quarterly valuation report for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, as mandated by SEBI's InvIT Regulations because its Debt-to-AUM ratio stood at 61.40% (above the 49% threshold) as of September 30, 2025. Independent valuer S. Sundararaman valued all 43 SPVs using the Discounted Cash Flow method for operating assets and Net Asset Value method for under-construction projects.
