IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust announced that Mr. Harsh Shah's designation has been changed from CEO & Whole-time Director to Managing Director, effective April 10, 2025. The change was approved by the Board of IndiGrid Investment Managers Limited (the Investment Manager to IndiGrid), based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Shah continues in his existing leadership role and brings extensive experience in infrastructure, having been instrumental in setting up IndiGrid as India's first power transmission InvIT. He is not debarred from holding office of director by any regulatory authority.
This is an internal redesignation rather than a leadership change, so continuity in strategy and management is expected. Shareholders are unlikely to see any material impact on the stock from this announcement alone.
