IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust reported Q4 FY26 operational revenue of ₹874 crore (up 9.5% YoY) with operational EBITDA of ₹782 crore at an 89% margin. For FY26 full year, operational revenue stood at ₹3,311 crore (3.1% growth) and DPU declared was ₹16.00 per unit, up 4.2% from ₹15.35 in FY25. Key portfolio additions include commissioning of India's largest standalone utility-scale BESS project (GBPL - 180 MW/360 MWh in Gujarat) and acquisition of Gadag Transmission Limited from ReNew Power (~187 ckms, 1,500 MVA capacity in Karnataka) for ₹372 crore. AUM grew to ₹33,815 crore with a Net Debt to AUM ratio of 57.6%. The board has guided FY27 DPU at ₹16.48, representing 3% growth.
IndiGrid continues to deliver steady DPU growth of 3-5% YoY with consistent operational performance. The commissioning of India's largest BESS project and new transmission acquisition expand its clean energy portfolio, supporting long-term unit holder value despite a marginal NDCF dip in the near term.
