IndiGrid reported Q4 FY26 operational revenue of ₹874 crore (up 9.5% YoY) and operational EBITDA of ₹782 crore at an 89% margin. Full-year FY26 operational revenue was ₹3,311 crore with EBITDA of ₹2,982 crore at 90% margin. The trust declared Q4 DPU of ₹4.00, delivering the full-year FY26 guidance of ₹16.00, and announced FY27 DPU guidance of ₹16.48, representing 3% YoY growth. Key developments include commissioning of Gujarat BESS (180 MW/360 MWh), acquisition of Gadag Transmission Limited (~187 ckms, 1,500 MVA in Karnataka), and award of three RTM projects worth ~₹165 crore. AUM stood at ₹33,815 crore with Net Debt/AUM at 57.6%. Transmission availability was sustained at 99.54% and solar CUF at 24.2%. The trust is rated AAA by CRISIL, ICRA, and India Ratings with a robust balance sheet and well-diversified investor base.
