IndiGrid announced its Q1 FY26 results with revenue of ₹8,398 million, up marginally by 0.6% year-on-year, while EBITDA declined 8.2% to ₹7,037 million due to a one-off generator issue at a solar asset and lower irradiation, both of which have since been resolved. Net Distributable Cash Flow stood at ₹2,862 million, down 8.6% YoY. The Board declared a Distribution Per Unit (DPU) of ₹4.00 for the quarter, up 6.7% YoY and in line with the full-year FY26 guidance of ₹16.00 per unit, with a record date of July 29, 2025. The trust completed two acquisitions — ReNew Surya Aayan (RSAPL, 300 MW solar) and Koppal Narendra Transmission (KNTL, ~276 ckms) — for an Enterprise Value of ~₹2,108 crore. Separately, EnerGrid (co-sponsored by IndiGrid) won a 187.5 MW / 750 MWh battery energy storage project from SJVN via competitive bidding. AUM stood at ₹324 billion with a leverage ratio of 61.2%.
Short-term results are mixed — flat revenue and lower EBITDA may weigh on sentiment, but DPU growth of 6.7% in line with guidance provides stability for unitholders. The two completed acquisitions and EnerGrid's BESS win signal growth pipeline, potentially supporting medium-term DPU accretion.
