IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has fixed November 14, 2025 as the record date for its Q2 FY2025-26 distribution. The Board of its Investment Manager approved a total distribution of Rs 4.00 per unit, which will be paid on or before November 21, 2025. The distribution is made up mostly of interest income (Rs 3.0984 per unit) and capital repayment (Rs 0.7465 per unit), with a small dividend component of Rs 0.0907 per unit and other income of Rs 0.0644 per unit. This is a routine quarterly payout as IndiGrid is an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT), which is required to distribute most of its net cash flows to unit holders.
Investors who hold IndiGrid units on or before November 14, 2025 (the record date) will be eligible to receive the Rs 4.00 per unit distribution.
