Indo-City Infotech has published its unaudited results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended Sept 30, 2025) and H1 FY26 in newspapers, as required under SEBI listing rules. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 3.45 lakhs in Q2 FY26, compared to a profit of Rs. 43.61 lakhs in the previous quarter. For the half year, net loss stood at Rs. 23.26 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 40.16 lakhs in H1 FY25. Total revenue from operations collapsed to Rs. 23.05 lakhs in H1 FY26 from Rs. 519.41 lakhs a year ago, mainly because income from sale of shares and securities fell sharply to Rs. 12.48 lakhs from Rs. 505.48 lakhs. The company operates only in finance/investment activities and has no borrowings, with total assets of Rs. 1,185.92 lakhs and equity capital of Rs. 1,040 lakhs.
Sharp drop in trading income has pushed the company back into losses and significantly weakened earnings versus the year-ago period. With shrinking revenue, declining other equity, and no operating business beyond investments, shareholders should note deteriorating fundamentals, though the small absolute loss keeps dilution risk limited.
