Indo-City Infotech Limited filed its 33rd Annual Report for FY2024-25 along with the notice for the AGM scheduled on September 30, 2025. Total income fell sharply from about Rs. 21.01 crore to Rs. 8.24 crore, a drop of roughly 61 percent. The company swung to a loss after tax of Rs. 1.26 crore versus a profit of Rs. 0.39 crore in the previous year, and the directors did not recommend any dividend to conserve resources. The company is an RBI-registered non-deposit-taking NBFC and plans to change its name to reflect its finance business, with RBI approval already received. A new statutory auditor, M/s MARC & Co., is proposed for a five-year term, replacing ASAT & Associates whose term ends at the conclusion of this AGM.
Shareholders should note the steep fall in revenue and the swing into a loss, indicating a weak operating year, while no dividend is on offer. The name change and auditor appointment are routine corporate items and are unlikely to materially affect the share price on their own.
