Indo-City Infotech reported a strong turnaround in Q3 FY26 (ended December 31, 2025), with total revenue from operations rising to Rs. 447.88 lakhs from Rs. 212.48 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a jump of roughly 110%. The company swung to a net profit of Rs. 57.24 lakhs in Q3, compared to a loss of Rs. 59.98 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, total revenue from operations fell to Rs. 470.93 lakhs from Rs. 731.89 lakhs last year, but the company still posted a net profit of Rs. 97.41 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 83.23 lakhs in the prior year period. EPS for Q3 stood at Rs. 0.55, and for the nine months at Rs. 0.94, both improving sharply year-on-year. The statutory auditor (M Arc & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
The quarterly results show a clear recovery in profitability and a sharp revenue rebound in Q3, which is positive for shareholders. However, the nine-month revenue decline and the small scale of operations mean the stock remains highly sensitive to quarter-to-quarter trading income from shares and securities.
