The board of Indobell Insulations met on November 12, 2025 and approved unaudited results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 700.40 lakhs from Rs. 554.30 lakhs in the same period last year (up about 26%), while net profit increased to Rs. 47.93 lakhs from Rs. 42.39 lakhs. EPS came in at Rs. 0.76, lower than Rs. 1.04 last year because the share base expanded after the recent IPO. The board also appointed Mrs. Prachi Todi as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26. Separately, the board corrected the designation and category of three directors shown on the MCA portal: M.M. Burman moved from Independent Director to Executive/Whole-time Director under the Promoter category, Avinash Singh moved from Promoter to Non-Executive/Professional, and Vijay Burman moved from Independent to Managing Director under the Promoter category.
Revenue and profit growth are healthy, but EPS is diluted post-IPO so per-share metrics look weaker. The director reclassification is largely a record-correction, but it materially changes the board's promoter-vs-independent mix and is something minority shareholders should track.
