Indoco Remedies has published its Q1 FY26 financial results in Business Standard (English) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi) as required by SEBI listing rules. Standalone revenue from operations came in at ₹39,253 lakhs, down from ₹40,143 lakhs in the same quarter last year but up from ₹34,725 lakhs in Q4 FY25. The company slipped into a standalone net loss of ₹2,806 lakhs, compared to a profit of ₹1,495 lakhs in Q1 FY25, with a loss per share of ₹3.04 versus earnings of ₹1.62 a year ago. On a consolidated basis, revenue was nearly flat at ₹43,769 lakhs (vs ₹43,149 lakhs YoY), but the company posted a consolidated net loss of ₹3,570 lakhs against a profit of ₹263 lakhs in Q1 FY25. The results were approved by the Board on 24 July 2025 after review by the Audit Committee.
Negative near-term sentiment likely, as the company has swung from profit to loss both standalone and consolidated despite relatively stable revenues, suggesting margin or cost pressures. Shareholders should monitor whether the Q1 weakness is a one-off or part of a continuing trend when Q2 results are released.
