Indokem Limited published the extract of its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) and the nine-month period in Business Standard and Mumbai Lakshdeep on 31 January 2026, after board approval on 30 January 2026. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue was Rs 4,410 lakh (vs Rs 4,084 lakh in Q2 FY26 and Rs 4,405 lakh in Q3 FY25), with profit after tax of Rs 40 lakh and EPS of Rs 0.15. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, consolidated revenue grew to Rs 12,668 lakh from Rs 12,438 lakh a year ago, while the company swung to a profit of Rs 151 lakh from a loss of Rs 67 lakh in 9M FY25. On a standalone basis, 9M FY26 PAT turned around sharply to Rs 185 lakh from a loss of Rs 240 lakh in the same period last year, with revenue at Rs 11,048 lakh (vs Rs 10,614 lakh).
The nine-month results show a clear turnaround from loss to profit on both standalone and consolidated bases, which is positive for shareholders and may support the stock. The figures remain small in absolute terms, so the impact is modest.
