Disclosure of Non applicability of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended 31.03.2025

Indong Tea Company has informed BSE that it is not required to file the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The company qualifies for this exemption because its shares are listed on the SME Exchange, which under SEBI's Listing Regulations (Regulation 15(2)) exempts it from Regulation 24A and several other corporate governance provisions. The company has paid-up equity capital not exceeding Rs 10 crore and net worth not exceeding Rs 25 crore, and is therefore also covered under the size-based exemption criteria.
