Sriram Tokhram Tea Vanijya Private Limited, part of the Promoter Group of Indong Tea Company, has sold 64,000 equity shares through on-market transactions between June 9 and June 13, 2025. Before the sale, the entity held 66,352 shares (0.34% of the company's share capital); after the sale, it holds just 2,352 shares (0.01%). The disclosure has been filed with BSE under Regulation 29(2) and 29(3) of the SEBI Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations, 2011. The promoter group's stake in Indong Tea was already very small, so this is a minor trimming of an already tiny holding. The transactions happened on the open market at prevailing prices.
