Indong Tea Company has disclosed an inter-se transfer of 3,07,895 equity shares (1.585% of paid-up capital) between two promoter group entities, Greenex Chemicals Private Limited and IBM Finance and Investment Private Limited, effective February 10, 2026. This transfer arose from a Scheme of Amalgamation sanctioned by the NCLT Kolkata Bench on June 19, 2025, under which Greenex Chemicals merged into IBM Finance. As a result, Greenex Chemicals' holding in Indong Tea dropped from 3,07,895 shares (1.585%) to nil, while IBM Finance's holding rose from 13,24,879 shares (6.82%) to 16,32,774 shares (8.40%). The overall promoter group shareholding in Indong Tea remains unchanged since this is an internal reshuffle.
