Waaree Energies Ltd, the promoter of Indosolar Ltd, has sold 12,50,000 equity shares (3.00% of the company's paid-up capital) through an Offer for Sale in the open market on August 7 and August 8, 2025. Before the sale, Waaree held 3,85,23,505 shares (92.60%); after the sale, its holding has come down to 3,72,73,505 shares (89.60%). Despite the reduction, Waaree continues to remain the promoter of Indosolar with a dominant 89.60% stake. The total equity capital of Indosolar remains unchanged at Rs. 41.60 crore divided into 4.16 crore shares of Rs. 10 each.
