Indowind Energy Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Change in Auditors of the company.

At its 30th AGM on September 26, 2025, Indowind Energy shareholders approved three governance changes: (1) appointment of M/s. KRA & Associates, a peer-reviewed firm of Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for a 5-year term covering FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30; (2) appointment of Mr. B.R. Baskaran, a former Income Tax Appellate Tribunal judge with 38+ years of experience in finance, accounting and law, as Independent Director for 5 years; and (3) redesignation of Mr. Sridhar, a marketing professional from print media background (The Hindu, The Indian Express), from Non-Executive Non-Independent Director to Non-Executive Independent Director for a 5-year term. All changes were recommended by the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and both new directors confirmed they meet independence criteria under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations.
