Indrayani Biotech's Board approved unaudited Q1 FY26 results with a clean (unmodified) auditor opinion from Venkatesh & Co. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell sharply to ₹668.57 lakhs from ₹1,079.09 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a drop of about 38%, though net profit was broadly flat at ₹12.77 lakhs (vs ₹12.72 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, including 8 subsidiaries and 2 step-down subsidiaries, revenue declined to ₹2,910.37 lakhs from ₹3,152.78 lakhs (down ~8% YoY), while net profit fell sharply to ₹15.65 lakhs from ₹85.02 lakhs (down ~82%) due to higher depreciation and finance costs. EPS stood at ₹0.03 on both standalone and consolidated bases. No investor complaints were received during the quarter.
The steep YoY decline in standalone revenue and the sharp fall in consolidated profit signal weak operating performance and margin compression, which could weigh on the stock. However, the consolidated results show a strong sequential recovery from a ₹852.59 lakh loss in Q4 FY25, which may provide some support.
